Juicing is a great way to add nutrients from the fruits or vegetables that you normally wouldn’t eat. Nutritionist says that juicing is better than eating whole fruits and vegetables because our body can absorb the nutrients better. I’m not encouraging you all in any way to stop eating fruits and have only juices but what I mean is, have juices twice or thrice a week to improve your digestion and metabolism. If you have a good digestion, all your problems will be half solved. Let’s move onto some juice recipes for a healthy lifestyle…

Juice Recipes

Good Digestion/Metabolism:

  • 4 pieces of cucumber/ kakdi
  • 3-4 leaves of cabbage
  • Salad leaves

Take out juice of all these items and have it as first thing in the morning to speed up metabolism and digestion. You can even make a smoothie of this in case you want to retain more fibre in it.

Lower Cholesterol:

  • 1 apple
  • 4 pieces of kakdi
  • 1 cup wheatgrass juice

Blend all these ingredients in a blender. Drink this juice twice or thrice a week to lower cholesterol.

Kidney Stone:

Make  juice of 5 pieces of pineapple, 2 small apples, 2-3 pieces of watermelon. Drink this juice daily, it will strengthen urine system, will improve kidney’s working and will cure kidney stones.

Constipation:

This is a common problem with everyone. Today’s lifestyle and eating habits has led to irritable bowel movement in many people and you are left with no other option than relying on medicines for this but this juice recipe for constipation will cure it slowly and completely so try to have it regularly. It is as simple as drinking one glass of orange juice on an empty stomach for continuous 11 days. Drinking orange juice for the mentioned time period will cure this problem permanently.

Blood Pressure:

To maintain the level of blood pressure, drink this juice twice or thrice in a week religiously and you’ll be on your way to normal blood pressure. Check this also benefits of lemon juice

  • 4-5 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pear

Take out the juice of all these ingredients and drink it at any time of the day but not after 6:00 pm. There’s a reason behind it, you should not eat fruits or drink juice after this time of the day, it’s not good for health.

  • 1 pear
  • 1 apple
  • 4 pieces of kakdi
  • 5-6 basil leaves
  • 1 orange or mausambi/sweet lime
  • 1 bitter gourd

Take out juice of all these ingredients and drink it in the morning. Besides curing diabetes, it will also cure weakness of diabetes’ patients.

Last but not the least, the juice for which every girl was waiting here. Girls always look for ways to get glowing skin and here is one very special and easy way that will sure get you glowing skin. All you need to make this juice is 2 tomatoes and 2 apples. Juice these two ingredients and drink it everyday in breakfast.
