I have had a really good experience with this conditioner. It does what it claims, makes hair soft, smooth and shiny. My hair looks more manageable and straight after using this conditioner. I actually like Avon brand, it makes really good and quality products. All Avon products fully satisfy me. And same is the case with this conditioner, I love this conditioner for the way it makes my hair smooth and shiny and also straight.

Consistency: Its consistency is quite thick like all conditioners and easily gets distributed in hair.
