My Take on Avon Simply Pretty Blendable Eyeshadow Duo:

I bought this duo for wearing daily as they looked light in color and moreover light pink shade is a must for a college going girl. I tried both the shades on my eyes and couldn’t see much difference, both looked quite similar then I thought maybe I have to apply it twice or thrice to let the actual color come out. I swatched it 4-5 times on my lids and the result was same, both the colors looked same, that was really annoying. :heh: The only difference between these two shades is that one is purple with matte effect and the other is purple with shimmer, the pink one is not at all pink but is a purple color with some shimmers.

The packaging is cute, it comes in a small pan with a plastic see through lid. It comes with a sponge tip applicator which does its work good and is not that bad. It does not have any smell or it has :-? some mild faint smell, can’t make out.

The texture is creamy and smooth and glides on lids pretty well. It doesn’t smudge but after few hours gets completely invisible with a slight hint of light pink color. I generally apply these shades as pink one on the inner corner of my eyes and the lavender one on the outer corner, though doesn’t show up much of a difference but this way it looks nice.
