My Experience with Garnier Pure Active Blackheads Uprooting Scrub:

I got this scrub after having a good experience with Garnier pure active real neem face wash, I thought to give this scrub a try when I was out of my scrub. I bought this scrub along with the face wash from this range and after using it for 9-10 times, I’m ready to review it.

The scrub is light blue in color with very small dark blue exfoliating beads which would be visible as soon as you take out the scrub on your hands. The granules looks very mild but works great in exfoliating without being harsh on skin. It has got minty strong fragrance which stays as long as you have the scrub on your face.

I am currently using this scrub in the morning while I take shower, I know I shouldn’t use a scrub in the morning as it makes skin more susceptible to sun damage by removing the dead layer and exposing the skin more to sun but what to do, no other option in in-laws house as I can’t go and do my skin care in the evening or at night till I don’t get used to this house. So I generally use this scrub in the morning and I don’t forget to use a high SPF sunscreen.

The scrub feels very cooling almost like ice on application and more cool when washing face with cold water. It deep cleanses the skin and makes it fresh and clean. I can feel that my skin looks brighter after using this scrub and it also does help in removing the blackheads on regular application so ya definitely a good one if you want something for those nasty, irritating blackheads and you know what, I have started seeing blackheads around my nose lately :o which didn’t happen with me ever but why now :/Garnier Pure Active Blackheads Uprooting Scrub ReviewThe scrub has salicylic acid which is great for pimple prone skin but it certainly does not help in removing or clearing spots even if used regularly. All in all, it’s a good handy scrub which comes with an affordable price tag and it can also be used as a regular face wash once a day as the exfoliating beads are not at all harsh but I would suggest to use it once a day only if you are planning to use it as a face wash as excessive scrubbing can damage the skin.
