Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer SPF 24 PA++ Review

Moisturizer is a must for my dry skin and this is the first moisturizer I have ever tried with SPF :) Can you believe this? But it’s true, I have never used a moisturizer with SPF earlier. Read the review to know whether this moisturizer is good or bad..

Ingredients:Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer SPF 24 PA++

My Experience with Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer SPF 24 PA++:

I was so excited when I saw this moisturizer because it looked so cute and has SPF in it. Hurray :P If you ever read my about me page then you probably know that I am crazy about sunscreens and products with SPF, actually not crazy but sun smart, that’s the correct word to describe my love for sunscreens. I can apply this moisturizer and forget about my sunscreen at least when I am at home. :) It moisturizes my skin effectively and keeps it soft throughout the day. What else should a moisturizer do besides moisturizing? I feel nothing, moisturizer’s work is only to moisturize skin and keep it soft and supple and that’s what it does :)

Fragrance: Typical Lakme smell but I love its smell a lot. It smells of peaches and fruits’ smell are always awesome. The smell does not stay for long though :(

Consistency: It is neither thick nor flowy. It has perfect consistency and gets easily absorbed into skin.

Swatch: Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer SPF 24 PA++

Lakme Peach Milk Moisturizer SPF 24 PA++

Pros: :)

  • Dirt cheap.
  • Comes with SPF 24 and PA++ so no need to wear sunscreen.
  • Lovely fragrance.
  • Moisturizes really well. It is apt for both dry skin as well as oily skin.
  • Easily available.
  • The bottle will easily fit in your bag.
  • Sturdy packaging.

Cons: :(

  • The product says that it is a blend of hydrating agents, anti-oxidants and blah blah which I can not see on the ingredient list.
  • Gives a tanned look which I don’t like at all.

Rating: 4.3/5

Final Verdict:

It’s an average product which won’t do any wonders. If you are in search of a moisturizer that moisturizes your skin well and don’t make it oily then this is for you :) I’d suggest to use it on damp skin to make it absorb better and get a nice finish. This moisturizer will keep your skin soft and won’t make it oily as well. :)
