It’s been ages since I posted a review on the blog and I hope you all didn’t assume that we won’t be covering reviews on the blog anymore? We’d be covering the reviews, that’s for sure, and it would still remain the first genre of our blog! With a long gap on reviews, I’m here with a review on Maybelline Baby lips lip balm in the flavour – Watermelon Smooth and Lychee Addictwhich were launched last to last year I guess (and the irony is I got these as soon as they were launched but couldn’t review them for some reason). Lip Balm is one such essential for me which I can’t live without be it summers or winters. It’s a must have for me and I love hoarding different flavoured Lip Balms from Maybelline!
Perfect lips that are soft, rosy are every women’s dream and with the onset of winters, we definitely need to gear up protecting our lips from turning dry and chapped (the most common issue we all face in winters)! All that you need to stash up in the kitty, handbag is a perfect lip balm that would nourish, moisturize and make your lips super soft. Along with good hydration, lip balms must contain a good amount of SPF, so that your lips are saved from harsh UVA/UVB rays (even in winters). So welcome to our post where we have hand-picked 12 Best Lip Balms that do a great job in perfecting your smile and make you forget about dry, cracked or chapped lips. Take a look and start shopping for them right away.Continue reading Best Lip Balms for Dry, Chapped Lips in India!
This is my very first post on Beauty and makeup love and I am quite excited. Let me first tell you a little background story about myself. I am blessed with dry skin which is quite easily prone to dullness. And tanning is a major issue for me. Other than this I have some mild pigmentation issues on my face as well as lips. My lips are quite dark compared to my facial skin. So, that’s the story about my skin.
Forest essential is a product I have recently ventured and have some products of this brand and let me tell you girlies I am quite impressed. Forest essential as a brand is quite good. It is renowned to have natural and Ayurvedic products. So, you can trust this brand with closed eyes. Here the product which I am reviewing today is Forest Essential Kerala Lime Glaze lip balm. As I said above my lips are dark and the SA at the store suggested me this one. So, I thought to give it a try. Its been 3 weeks I am using this product and it’s perfect time to share my experience –
You know what, I have this bad habit in the world of losing lip balms, they get lost somewhere in the house like what happened with me just few days ago, I found my lost Maybelline Mango Pie lip balm under the cushion of the couch :-/ I mean ouch, I was looking for it everywhere when I lost it few months back and when I lost all hope, it becomes a lost and found thing :D so last time I had only one lip balm in my house and I was literally living on it, I still can’t believe I made a record of using the same lip balm (Nivea lip balm) for straight two weeks coz I get bored of lip balms very easily. That was a record of my life, believe me! But all of a sudden it fell from the roof and again that ouch feeling, you know what must have happened, the down part of it got lost somewhere in the house only, I doubt my doggie Alex must have stolen it before I even reached down and I was left only with the cap of the lip balm. But thankfully, I at last got rid of it and got few new lip balms and lip butters :D So today, I’ll be reviewing Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm Anti-Oxidant Berry which is my current obsession, read on to know more about it..Continue reading Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balm Anti-Oxidant Berry Review

Lips are the sensitive part of our skin. They need some special care and love so that they may not lose their natural colour and beauty. As I have mentioned earlier in my third post how to take care of lips this is just a step further to include some packs in your lips’ regime. Lips should not only be treated with balms and chapsticks but they need more than that i.e homemade packs.
Lips are the thinnest part of our skin. It is in fact 4 times thinner compared to the skin on our face. Lips tend to get more dry than the rest of our skin because lips do not have oil glands in them i.e they cannot naturally produce oil so we really have to take care of our lips in order to maintain the moisture levels in them!
