Nivea Express Hydration Body Lotion Review
This is my fifth post on my blog and today I will be reviewing another body lotion from my collection which I don’t use much. Let’s move onto the review to see how it worked for me.
Extra fast absorption and long lasting moisture for normal skin. The ultra light formula of the New Nivea Express Hydration Body Lotion, with sea minerals works deep within the skin, repairing dryness layer by layer to make the skin immediately soft, supple & delicately enwrapped in a blue lotus scent. Nivea’s unique formula naturally promotes a continuous moisture supply from within for long-lasting soft skin.
Price & Quantity: Rs.179/- for 250 ml
Shelf Life: 2 years
Consistency: Its consistency is very flowy and everytime I pour it out of the bottle, it spills everywhere. It glides on the skin smoothly and gets absorbed within 2 seconds. But the feeling after it gets absorbed is so weird (the skin still feels rough) despite its claim of express hydration.
My experience with the lotion:
I didn’t want to use it after using it for the first time. It just disappointed me completely and didn’t stand up to any of it’s claims. I didn’t feel like some lotion has been rubbed onto my hands and for this reason it has been lying in my cupboard for months but then I thought of writing about it so that you can also decide your view about it. And the reason behind it could be that it is meant for normal skin and my skin type is dry.
See how it flows everywhere..
After rubbing it up, skin looks fresh but not moisturized.
- Non-greasy so a plus point for oily skin.
- Easily available.
- Nice fragrance which stays for 10-20 minutes.
- May work well for normal skin and oily skin.
- Didn’t work for my dry skin.
- Consistency is not thick.
- False claims of hydration.
Will I Repurchase it:
I would definitely skip it and will try other moisturizing lotions available in the market. Normal skinned beauties can give it a try.
