If you are trying to lose weight, eat multigrain chapatis instead of whole wheat chapatis. Besides being nutritious, multigrain chapati has the ability to make you full fast and to keep you full for longer.
2.Green or Black Tea:
If you are hungry in the evening, drink black or green tea instead of eating something unhealthy. These two tea has amino acid named Thiamine in them which release relaxing chemicals in your brain and keeps control on your hunger.
3.Eat Sweet Corn:
Sweet corn is not only tasty to eat but studies show that sweet corn has higher amount of antioxidants than apple and has lesser calories. So why not munch on this super delicious fruit when it is so less in calories and protects against free radicals at the same time.
4.Include Protein in your Diet:
Protein takes time in digesting and keeps you full for hours.Lean protein like egg whites, turkey sandwich, fat free milk and curd, grilled fish and vegetables will surely make you slim if incorporated in your daily diet.
If you feel like eating something tasty in snack, have roasted almonds instead of chips or namkeen. Filled with monounsaturated fatty acids, almonds are an healthy option & makes you slim at the same time..

Lips are the sensitive part of our skin. They need some special care and love so that they may not lose their natural colour and beauty. As I have mentioned earlier in my third post how to take care of lips this is just a step further to include some packs in your lips’ regime. Lips should not only be treated with balms and chapsticks but they need more than that i.e homemade packs.
I am back with another post but this time it’s not a review in fact this time it’s about some basic skin care tips that will get you the skin you’ve always desired. When I follow these tips consistently, I get to see a nice glow on my skin. This is why I try to include these tips in my daily routine. Follow these five tips diligently to revive the complexion of your skin..
1.Drink Water Regularly: I know you’ve heard this particular tip many times before then why not take a step to bring this change to your lifestyle. Your body is estimated to be about 60-70% water. To stay healthy, you need to stay hydrated. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water daily will surely reward you with a radiant complexion. To make sure you are drinking enough water, carry a water bottle with you every time and just sip it anytime.
2.Get Plenty of Sleep: Believe it or not, sleep does more for your skin than most leading brands of skin care products. It’s during peaceful nights of sleep that the highest level of human growth hormones are released into your blood stream. These hormones help stimulate cell regeneration in your skin and body. Cell regeneration is a process when dead cells are shed off your skin, so instead of relying on scrubs and exfoliants, why not get some sleep when it’s free and so effective for your overall health.
3.Maintain a skin care routine: Cleanse your face with a gentle cleanser day and night and try not to fall asleep wearing makeup. This will only clog your pores while you are sleeping giving a ground for bacteria to live on your skin. Use a toner to balance your skin’s pH levels after cleansing and then apply a moisturizer to protect your skin from the environment and to lock moisture in your skin.
4.Use Facial Masks: Regular or even daily use of facial masks is essential if you want to keep your skin looking and feeling its best. Of all the skin care products, a facial mask is the most important since it provides skin nutrients from the outside. You can even try homemade face masks made of fruits and vegetables which are more gentle on the skin and the vitamins from the fruits will be directly delivered to your skin. For homemade face packs and masks, wait for my coming posts in which I will do a DIY of masks and scrubs.
5.Protect Your skin: Protecting your skin from the sun is indeed the most important step in your skin care regime. Exposure to sun can lead to age spots, freckles, dry skin, sunburn, tanning, wrinkles and even skin cancer. If you don’t want any of these to happen to your skin, start using a sunscreen daily. Try to avoid the direct sunlight from 11 a.m to 4 p.m because that’s when the sun’s rays are strongest. Also make sure that your sunscreen is of SPF 30 or more if you are out and SPF 20 if you are planning to stay inside. I follow this tip daily and wears a high SPF sunscreen. Even when I am at home, I don’t forget to wear a sunscreen.

I am a big follower of water, sunscreen and maintaining my skin care regime which includes a cleanser and a toner from the same range and a moisturizer. Getting full 7-8 hours of sleep can be a little difficult sometimes but when you make your goal of going to bed early and waking up early, you can sure achieve this tip of getting enough sleep and will start seeing a glow on your skin.
