How many of you have tried hair rinses post shampooing your hair? I know not all of you out there might have tried a post shampoo hair rinse. So let’s take note of ways with which we can make our very own hair rinse with just no cost at all… These hair rinse won’t cost you a penny and won’t even take much time in preparing them but will surely give you some great results worth noticing. Let’s see some of the tried & tested hair rinse recipes which will give your hair a beautiful bounce, softness and shine.
1. Apple Cider Vinegar:
Mix 1-2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in 4 cups water. Wash your hairs with this mixture once a week to get rid of product build-up. This conditions the hairs and controls dandruff and excess oiliness of hairs. This mixture will also impart shine to your hairs.
2. Carom Seeds:
I know not many of you have heard of ajwain as a hair rinse but I have personally tried it and felt my hairs heavenly soft after using it.. I’m totally serious, no jokes. I felt like touching my hairs again and again when I washed my hairs with this mixture.. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tsp carom seeds. Leave it for 10 minutes. Strain this mixture and massage it on your scalp after washing hairs. There’s no need to wash hairs with water after this, dry your hairs with a towel.
Now I may sound crazy but mouthwash can really be used as a post shampoo hair rinse. Mix 1/4 cup mouthwash with 1 cup water. Massage hairs with this mixture for about 2 minutes and then wash with plain water. This will give amazing shine to your hairs.
Mix 1-2 tsp honey in 4 cups warm water. Let the mixture cool for few minutes, then pour this on your shampooed hairs. It will make your hairs soft and shiny.
5. Lemon Juice:
Mix juice of half a lemon in 1 mug water and wash your hairs with this before conditioning. Lemon is alkaline in nature and maintains the pH level of your hairs. When your hair feel excessive oily or dirty, try this remedy and get soft, shiny hairs.
