It’s a DIY post again. Today’s DIY is a scrub for softer skin. Well, who in the world don’t want soft skin and in the months of chilly winters when skin gets rough and patchy, soft skin is the desire of every girl and boy also 😛 Move on to know how you can make this easy peasy scrub and use it to get soft and smooth skin!
Things You’ll Need:
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp almond oil or olive oil for extra dry skin and 1 tsp for dry skin
- 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)
Method of Preparation:
1. First take a bowl and pour 2 tsp of sugar in it. Ground the sugar a bit to get a proper exfoliation effect!
How To Use:
To begin with this scrub, I’d suggest to wear something dark or black to prevent your clothes from getting stained! Wash your face with plain water and pat it dry then take this scrub in your hands and start massaging it in circular motions. You’ll feel the sugar exfoliating and the oil softening your skin! Massage it for 4-5 minutes and then leave it on for more 5 minutes to get extra benefits. Wash it off with lukewarm water and now touch your skin and feel the difference! You can even use it on your lips as it’s all natural and mild enough for sensitive area like lips and under eye area!
