Streetwear Color Rich Perfection Foundation & Compact

Streetwear Color Rich Perfection Foundation:

Price: Rs. 170 for 30 ml

Packaging: The foundation comes in a glass bottle and it doesn’t have any sort of pump or dispenser, the mouth of the bottle is wide open and it has to be poured onto hands which gets messy and I often end up spilling too much of it which I end up using on my hands. Bad packaging I would say!Streetwear Color Rich Perfection Foundation

Shade: There are 3 shades available and I’ve got the shade Neutral which looks quite dark on my skin but still I like (read not love) using it when I’m in a hurry (coz of its fast blending ability) and doesn’t want much coverage from my products.

Consistency: It has a liquid consistency and due to its liquid consistency, it is very easy to blend. You can even massage and apply it and still it doesn’t get cakey or streaky, it is that easy to blend!

Finish: The finish is both on the dewy side and matte side.

Coverage: Coverage of the foundation is light but it does hide light blemishes, redness and dark circles and can also be built up to medium. The skin looks quite flawless with two layers. And you can apply it as much as you want as it doesn’t get cakey or patchy! It is a good option for the “no makeup” look and for college going girls as it looks very natural. The foundation can be used up as a makeup base when you are opting for full coverage look as it gives a nice dewy finish to skin which makes a perfect base for other products to go well on skin.

Longevity: Lasts for a good 3-4 hours after which it starts fading and oxidizing on my skin. The foundation also needs to be set with a powder to avoid shiny t-zone and oily patches.

Streetwear Color Rich Perfection Compact:Streetwear-Color-Rich-Perfection-Compact-900x600

Packaging: Common compact packaging- black case with a built-in mirror and a sponge applicator, what makes the packaging attractive is the girly icon on the compact.

Price: Rs. 160 for 7gm

Shade: Neutral! Same as the foundation shade and only two shades are available Neutral and Beige! The shade Neutral in the compact is a good match for my skin tone (it’s for lighter skin tone) and the other shade Beige is a darker shade and I know it wouldn’t have matched my skin tone like the foundation.

Texture: The texture is smooth, doesn’t feel chalky! However, you’ll be able to see white talc bumps once you use the compact which looks kind of weird in the pan but thankfully not on the skin!Streetwear Color Rich Perfection Compact

Finish: Smooth and matte but it looks visible and good only if applied with the puff applicator provided with it. Applied with a brush and it looks like nothing has been applied since brush doesn’t pick up much of the product. The coverage is light and can be built up for a bit more coverage!

Longevity: Lasts for a good 3-4 hours keeping oiliness at bay in this time period but after that, you’ll need to touch up if you tend to get quite oily or you live in an extremely hot climate where heat takes up half of your makeup

BML Rating: Foundation- 2.5/5 Compact- 3/5

OMG this foundation made my farewell pics a disaster! it was perfect for a no make up look so i picked it up and topped it with 2 other products.. it looked as perfect as it can ever be but then after a couple of hours my face turned all oily due to the rain n heat, atleast my face was way better than the pics.. i had to photoshop each n everypic and it still didnt look very nice. but i tried the same with different combinations and layers and checked my face now and then, it made my face look flawless.. not removing this properly or keeping this for more than 6 hours initiates pimples :( I just cant understand whats up with this one!

Why risk it when you have better options in the market. But it can be great for beginners who want to just explore and try there hands at makeup!

I didn’t like the foundation though the compact looks decent. Lipsticks were really good but these two are just average. Nice review dear. :)

I have not tried this brand so far, but looking at the price they seem to be making quite good products.

I love the packaging of these products but it’s probably best to stick with a BB Cream topped with concealer if one is looking for a flawless base without it being too cakey.
