Vivel 3-in-1 Face Wash + Scrub Review

Hi Prettiest!!

I have not tried much of 2 in 1 type products. This is my second product and the first one was from VLCC which just works fine, I still have it with me, maybe I’ll review it someday. Actually I don’t believe much in this type of products, it’s because it’s just either a simple face wash with some exfoliating beads and they name it as face wash + scrub. Let’s see how I feel about this Vivel 3-in-1 face wash+scrub.

Vivel 3-in-1 Face Wash

Price: Rs. 50 for 50 ml.

Shelf Life: 17 months.

Product Description:

Just like you need essential nutrients in your food to keep you healthy, your skin too needs nourishment to enhance its natural glow. Vivel 3-in-1 Face Wash + Scrub, with the nourishing goodness of Green Tea and Vitamin E antioxidants, works in 3 effective ways to give you pure, nourished and glowing skin without drying.

1) Infused with Green Tea, known for its antioxidant properties, it helps purify and declog pores while protecting the skin from the harmful effects of environmental free radicals.
2) Mild Jojoba Beads scrub away dull, dead skin cells for pure glowing skin.
3) Enriched with Pro-Vitamin E, this face was deeply nourishes the skin from inside.

Usage:

Apply on wet face. Gently massage in circular motion with fingertips avoiding the eye-contour. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use twice daily.

Ingredients:

Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Glycerin, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Acrylates Copolymer, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Polythylene, Polysorbate20, PEG-12 Dimethicone, Linoleamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, Disodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Triethanolamine, Fragrance, DMDM Hydantoin, Triclosan, Tocopheryl Acetate, Green Tea Extracts, Mixed Plant Extracts, Octadecyl-DI-T-Butyl-4 Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Benzophenone-4, Hydrogenated Jojoba Oil, Tetrasodium EDTA, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-DI-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, CI 11680, CI 74160, CI 42090.

My Experience with Vivel 3-in-1 Face Wash + Scrub:

Vivel 3-in-1 face wash + scrub comes in a white tube with green fonts and a flip open cap. The packaging is sturdy and travel friendly. It has somewhat soapy smell which is not that irritating but is not that pleasant also. To me it smells soapy with some other fragrances mixed. It’s basically a face wash with small exfoliating beads and hence the name face wash + scrub though there are many face wash in the market which has beads or granules but still they are being sold as face wash. Okay no offence, it’s just my way of saying that it’s just a face wash and to make the product more attractive or unique, companies make it as plus scrub, plus face mask and all.

Vivel 3-in-1 Face Wash

Coming to this face wash, it is light green in color with tiny exfoliating beads. The small granules does its exfoliating work nicely and leaves the skin squeaky clean though it makes my skin dry. I think it’s not for everyday use and can be used thrice a week as it’s not mild enough for daily use. It will work best for oily skin and they can use it everyday as it keeps the skin oil-free and leaves it squeaky clean and fresh. It gives a glow which is temporary and does not last long but I like the fact that it makes my skin super clean and fresh.
