Today I’ll be reviewing Elovera IMF Intense Moisturizing Formula Cream which is a medicated cream. I know it’s out of the cosmetic league but I really wanted to share it as I love this cream so thought you might also want to give it a try! So without much ado, let’s move on to read my review.. :)Product Claims:
Best suited for: dry, scaly skin associated with Psoriasis including palmoplanter psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, eroderms and ichthyosis vulgaris.
Price: Rs. 170 for 50 g
Shelf Life: 2 years
Directions for use:
Apply to the affected areas as required. Use regularly. Specially recommended for use after washing/bathing.
Aloe Extract, Sodium Lactate (and) Sodium Gluconate, Vitamin E Acetate, Allantoin, Hyaluronic Acid (as Sodium Hyaluronate).
Ingredients:Vitamin E Acetate: Vitamin E is an antioxidant that protects and repairs skin. It is great if you use a day cream or sunscreen with Vitamin E because being a strong antioxidant, it protects the skin against free radicals which are naturally produced by the body as well as by external factors like sun, pollution, etc. Vitamin E has anti-inflammatory properties, is an excellent moisturizer, helps healing scars and is also an effective wrinkle treatment.
Hyaluronic Acid: Hyaluronic acid helps to restore moisture levels to the skin as it actively attracts water. It’s a great ingredient for adding hydration to dry skin without excessive greasiness. Hyaluronic acid is a humectant that keeps skin plump and hydrated and is great for preventing against wrinkles.
My Take on Elovera IMF Intense Moisturizing Formula Cream:
I am absolutely in love with this cream, I love the way my skin feels when I apply this cream. This cream has become a staple essential in my skin care routine and I can’t praise it enough for bringing a drastic change in my dry skin. I read about this cream somewhere on the net and when I read that it has hyaluronic acid in it which is a miracle ingredient for dry skin, I was like I want it no matter how much it cost but surprisingly it doesn’t cost much and I was happy that I could spend this much on this cream on every purchase as I’m planning to make it permanent in my skin care routine. For 170 Rs. it is so affordable and I have stopped using any other cosmetic cream or moisturizer. This will be permanent in my skin care routine until something better than this catches my attention.
Elovera cream comes in a white tub jar which many of you may think to be unhygienic but most of the medicated creams comes in a tub jar so no complains on this fact for the job it does. This cream is very thick in texture but as soon as you apply it on your skin, it goes smoothly feeling like a melted cream or say something very light weight in texture. It has a very mild faint smell. As you all know that I have very dry skin which is getting even more dry with the pigmentation treatment I have been going through so I really need to moisturize my face heavily and keep it hydrated all through the day and if I don’t do so it can get very rough, patchy and dry. Well this cream came as a rescue for my dry skin, it feels so light on skin, absorbs amazingly and keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. It almost feels like I have applied nothing and yet my skin feels so moisturized and kind of plumped and that maybe because of Hyaluronic Acid in it which is a plumping agent and keeps skin hydrated as it helps restoring the moisturizing levels in skin. With regular use, Hyaluronic Acid is known to combat wrinkles/fine lines and making skin hydrated and plumped so I’m definitely using it continuously for 3-4 months.
I’m using it 3 times a day, once in the morning, once in afternoon and once at night after doing all my skin care. I also like applying this cream before doing my makeup as I love how it makes my skin soft and primed. I analyzed the ingredients list to see what’s all in there and I came across many good ingredients for dry skin besides the key ingredients, I noticed hydrogenated olive oil, olive oil (maybe the usual one), dimethicone, glycerin, and many more which are out of my knowledge and the great thing is that it does not have parabens in it but it has fragrance which is 3rd last in the ingredient list so I guess it’s not much like some of those highly fragranced creams which has fragrance/perfume at the middle or top of the ingredient list.
It’s my current favorite cream for my dry skin. I’m on the second tub, for reference check the pic below ;) and when the first jar got over I couldn’t get it immediately for some reason and I felt so incomplete without this cream in my skin care routine and didn’t want to use any other cream so I got it as soon as possible and wanted to share its review with you all as well so those who suffer from excessive dry skin, rough patches, eczema, psoriasis or any other skin condition which makes skin dry, itchy, scaly and rough can get to know about it and include it in their skin care routine.
BML Rating: 5/5
I highly recommend this cream to all those who suffer from dry skin and rough patches. It does not have parabens and has a great hydrating ingredient (Hyaluronic Acid) which you won’t find easily here in India and if you do so, then those creams would be tad expensive so it’s a great budget option to try out if you want to include Hyaluronic Acid in your skin care routine like I wanted to!!
Have you tried Elovera IMF Intense Moisturizing Formula Cream? If yes, what do you feel about it, if not then what is your favorite cream for dry skin?

Hi! I’d like to ask about Elovera cream because there is no information about it in ukrainian.
I was given ELOVERA imf (cream) intensive moisturizing formula and the same ELOVERA but lotion.
I am 20 years ald. So, can i use this cream or it is really anti-age cream? Because there was mentioned about its anti-age effect (against wrinkles).
You can use it as it’s a simple moisturizing cream and not an anti ageing cream and if it is so then also you can use it without any fear coz you are 20 now :)
I just thought that if i don’t have wrinkles in my 20 then it’s better not to hurry with such kind of creams..)
ok, thank you, i’ll try)
It’s good to start your strict skin care regimen with one or two anti ageing products in your 20s, that way you don’t get wrinkles soon. :)
Am 24yrs now…This cream gav a turning point.. Its really working too gud.. My doctor prescribed me this cream … And it really working I am using this cream for past 20days and now face looks brighter and tata byabyeee for my blackmarks……. Happieeee :)

Where can we buy it. I live in France ? Thanks for reply
Can I use this cream without advise of doctor .?? After which age I can use this cream my doctor had given the lotion of this brand 5 months back for 1month .now I wanna restart with cream can I ??
Hi… M 28 yrs old… My skin is a combination skin/normal skin n no acne problems but hav pigmentation. Is it safe to use for my skin type n if yes thn hw it’ll benefit me?
I have been using this product(lotion not cream) since 2-3 months on doctors recommendation and its really excellent product.
I could see lot of improvements in my skin. It reduces wrinkles too and makes skin soft and smooth. Dry skin tends to become tan but this lotion prevents this.
