I got dead tired while writing the ingredients and my eyes started watering, the ingredient list seems to be never ending though it ended at one moment. I think they have used every possible ingredient that was available to them :) I wrote the ingredients because I couldn’t show you the ingredient list pic, it was so shiny that no word was visible so had to write the whole drama they have used.

My Experience with Glam-Up Powder Cream:

As I mentioned above I got tempted to try this product after seeing the ad and told my beau to get one for me. It took him 5-6 days to finally get this cream for me. :) When I got this cream in my hand I was so excited to try it and immediately washed my face to apply the cream. I completely dried my face and applied it…. OMG.. it was so difficult to spread this cream, it stayed on top of my skin like white patches and like fair and lovely. Yuck.. then I tried it the other day, on a little damp face and it got absorb nicely. It does not give any coverage to skin, just give it some fairness. So those who like coverage may not like this cream.

Packaging: It comes packed in a red shiny cover which is so attractive that anyone who sees it for the first time will immediately pick it up. The tube is also red in color. The tube is compact and has a screw cap, the nozzle of the tube is very thin as you can see in the pic. Overall, I loved the packaging, it’s kind of attractive.

Glam-Up Powder Cream

Consistency: Similar to a moisturizer but it takes time in getting absorbed.

Fragrance: To me, the smell is horrible, it resembles the smell of my dada’s itar which he used to use a long back. I used to hate that smell and even threw his ittar in the dustbin when I was small. You may be wondering why I used the word ittar, this is because my dadaji used to call it this way. Hahaha.. The smell irritates me, don’t know whether you will like the smell or not.

Glam-Up Powder Cream Review

Aren’t my hands looking like Snow White :) What can I do, I am this way only :) Hahaha

Pros: :)

  • Gives a whitening effect to skin.
  • Inexpensive.
  • Sturdy packaging.

Cons: :(

  • Weird smell.
  • Full of chemicals.
  • Does not cover up dark circles and marks.
  • Does not give any coverage to skin.
  • Will leave white patches if not rubbed properly.

Rating: 1/5

Final Verdict:

It’s just a typical fairness cream which gives white look for the time being. Girls who don’t need much coverage will love this and cover up girls, you won’t like it. Thank God I got the small version of this cream as I will not continue using it and will give it to my little sister. She was crazy about it as well after seeing the ad. Lastly, I would like to say that BB creams are much better than this cream in every aspect.

Hope my review was helpful in making your purchase decision for Glam-Up…
