I’m an ardent user of vitamin C serum and I need to always have a vitamin C serum in my skin care regime because I often get active breakouts which leave marks behind so vitamin C is a must in my routine (I might have tried over 20-30 vitamin C serums till date), I bought and tried this Sadhev Ayurveda Vitamin C serum because it claims to be made from natural sources of vitamin C like amla and lemon peel extract, I’ve been using it for a while now and here’s my honest feedback on it.

The serum absorbs easily into the skin, doesn’t feel oily like most vitamin c serums, it has a semi liquid consistency which sits on the skin like a hydrating serum. Using it for over 20 days definitely showed results like brighter, even toned skin, however, it does not help much in reducing acne scarring or hyperpigmentation.

It claims to be made with Amla, Pomegranate Seed Oil, Lemon Peel Extract, Grape Seed Oil, Kakadu Plum, Licorice & Natural Vitamin E, all of which are rich sources of antioxidants, vitamin C and vitamin E and makes a great combination to be used during the day time under your sunscreen as it prevents free radical damage, blocks UVA and UVB rays when paired with a sunscreen. If you prefer ayurveda over chemical filled products then you can opt for this serum if you are looking to include a vitamin C serum in your routine. It will definitely add up a bit of glow and give a brighter looking skin, over time, it also helps prevent signs of aging like any vitamin C serum.
